Cancellations and Transfers: Cancellations by the Early Bird Price deadline will receive a refund less 25% of the tuition paid.Cancellations after the Early Bird Price deadline will forfeit 50% of the registration fee. For transferred registrations, a refund of tuition less a $25 transfer fee if the registration is transferred to another student at the time of the cancellation. (New student must pay their tuition upon registration.) Cancellations and transfer requests must be in writing no later than the start date of the course; otherwise, no transfer or refund will be allowed. Note: GAR reserves the right to cancel/change any course at any time. If a course is canceled, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will receive either a full refund or, if rescheduled, you may transfer to the new date.
