The Client-Centric Training (CCT) - 4-day course combines the 2-day ABR Core Course (May 29-30) & the 2-day SRS Core Course (June 5-6). When you register for the 4-day CCT course you receive a discounted price. When you successfully complete the CCT course, you will earn either 24 hours of Georgia Continuing Education (CE) credit (#63529) or 25 hours of Georgia Salesperson Post-License credit (#63528). At the class, you will indicate your credit choice. (In-class exam required - passing score of 75% or higher.)

ABR Course: The goal of the 2-day ABR Designation Core Course is to establish a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer's representative. ABR information.

SRS Course: The 2-day SRS Designation Course provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today's marketplace. SRS information.

GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. GREC School - Georgia Association of REALTORS. GREC School Number 271.

School Policy: You must be on time and present for the entire session to receive credit.

TOM GILLETT, REALTOR® Emeritus, has been a mainstay in real estate and appraisal training and education for over twenty years. Having worked as a salesperson, broker, and appraiser for over 40 years in 5 decades, Tom has harnessed that experience and now focuses his efforts in education. Tom is President of The Tom Gillette Company, Inc, and oversees its subsidiaries, the Institute of Real Estate Training and Gillette Real Estate Education. Currently, Tom makes over 200 presentations per year in varied real estate subjects and has authored for companies such as Applied Measurement Professionals, The Psychology Corporation, Thomson-Computaught, Cengage Publishing, Thomson South-Western, the Georgia Real Estate Commission, and pens ongoing articles for REALTOR® Online Magazine. Tom has authored the real estate career manual “Breakaway To Success” and with Charles Jacobus, co-authored the textbook “Georgia Real Estate: An Introduction To The Profession.” His commitment to education has been recognized by the Georgia Association of REALTORS® as he has three times (2003, 2012, and 2013) been the recipient of the Georgia Instructor of the Year award. Additionally, Tom was honored to receive the Distinguished Career award from the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association and named Captain of Industry by his local Board of REALTORS®.

Cancellations: Cancellations by the Early Bird Price deadline will receive a refund less 25% of the registration fee paid. Cancellations after the Early Bird Price deadline will receive a refund less 50% of the registration fee paid. Cancellations must be made no later than the start date of the course; otherwise, no refund will be issued. To cancel your registration, log into this site (garealtor.com, "Education" tab, "Search Upcoming Classes"). Under the "Event" tab, select "My Classes." Click on the class "Details" button, then "Cancel" button and follow prompts.

Note: GAR reserves the right to cancel/change any course at any time. If a course is canceled, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will receive either a full refund or, if rescheduled, you may transfer to the new date.
