This course is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills for becoming a top-producing REALTOR in Georgia. Each module focuses on crucial aspects of the real estate business, tailored to the unique market dynamics of Georgia. We will discover the "behind the scenes" work of the top producing agents.

Dwayne Hicks
Dwayne Hicks became licensed as a Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Georgia in January 2003. He joined his brother, Scotty Hicks at United Country West Georgia Realty one month later. In June 2010, they merged companies with Mitt Conerly, Sr. of Real Estate West to form Metro West Realty. Dwayne continues to serve as managing broker and is the owner of the firm. He has served as the 2008 & 2014 President of the West Metro Board of REALTORS. He was chosen as West Metro Board REALTOR of the YEAR in 2005, 2010 & 2017. He also received the Spirit Award from the Board of REALTORS in 2008. Dwayne earned his ePro designation, ABR designation is a graduate of GRI. He is also licensed in Alabama. Dwayne and his wife, Tina live near Roopville, just south of Carrollton. They are active members of Southern Hills Christian Church, The Church at City Station - Carrollton, Georgia. They have five grown children. Dwayne earned his real estate licensure from Barney Fletcher Real Estate and also obtained his Broker’s license from the same school. Dwayne served as a student pastor for just over 20 years. Dwayne earned a B.S. in Biblical Studies from Johnson Bible College as well as a M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from the University of West Georgia. He taught as adjunct professor in Youth Ministry at Point University (formerly Atlanta Christian College) for over 18 years. He has a passion for teaching and helping others grow and learn. He loves camping, boating and hanging out with his family. He also enjoys singing and playing songs on his guitar that honor God.
