The CCT combines the ABR and SRS courses into one 4-day course to be held June 7-10. The advantage of the CCT is that you may submit it for a GAR Scholarship as it is one course. If you register for the ABR and SRS independently, then they are two separate courses and only one course is eligible for a GAR Scholarship - provided you meet the other GAR Scholarship requirements. The overall goals of the ABR Designation Course are to: Prepare real estate professionals to thoroughly represent buyer-clients in real estate transactions and provide the quality of service and degree of fidelity to buyers that sellers have customarily enjoyed. Offer ideas and methods for building a buyer-representation business. Develop a self-customized tool for conducting a buyer counseling session.
