Requirements for participating in a virtual class:


  1. Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.)
  2. You need to set up a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/) prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.)
  3. You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in a classroom.
  4. After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both.

A link to participate in the class and student materials will be sent to registered students the business day before the class.

Class Description
This course will help new agents learn some common mistakes new agents make and how to avoid those mistakes. It will also introduce students to tools to help them better serve their clients. Topics will include basic ethics, and GREC, NAR, and typical MLS rules and customary professional practice practices. (This course does NOT satisfy the NAR Code of Ethics requirement.)

GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. GREC School - Georgia Association of REALTORS. GREC School Number 271.

School Policy:  You must be on time and present for the entire session to receive credit.

Nick Propps
Nick Propps is President of Statesboro Properties and Southern Properties Real Estate Team LLC based out of Statesboro Georgia. He has a passion for helping others and has been a speaker and has been teaching business and in-house real estate classes for more than 20 years.

He began his career in real estate at the age of 16 while working as a Property Manager and in-house leasing agent in the Washington DC area where he obtained his real estate license in 1994. He has sold and leased residential and commercial properties of all types over the past 25 years and has represented small and large organizations including Government Agencies, developers and Fortune 500 Companies.
