Participants will recognize how to prepare Estimate Net to Seller worksheet and also identify forms necessary for proper completion of a listing. Additionally participants will be able to explain how proper staging will maximize each showing appointment. She now teaches a variety of courses, including Pre-license, Post-license, Continuing Education, Broker's Responsibilities and four certification classes. Sharon's dedication and expertise have earned her numerous accolades, including the Instructor Rising Star Award, the Kanter Real Estate Hall of Fame, Savannah Area Realtor of the Year 2023, TAP Academy Instructor of the Year 2023. All the while, she continues to achieve being a Member of Distinguished Sales Society. Her most recent achievement is being named the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association Educator of the Year 2024.
