This course will show you how to manage rental property and comply with license law. Rather than reviewing ALL aspects of license law this course will cover those sections of license law which impact the property manager. We will go through the life cycle of a management account starting with who can manage property for others, acquiring new management accounts, leasing the properties, managing the properties, trust account reconciliation, and terminating a management account. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.) GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit.
