This class focuses on six different areas that connect community associations and real estate closings in Georgia. We will explore the different types of communities typically seen in Georgia and how and what property rights are purchased and sold in each type of community. Students will have an opportunity to draft special stipulations that address common requests for community association legal and financial documents. Finally, we will examine specific provisions of the Georgia Association of REALTOR® forms that address community association fees paid at closing by buyers or sellers and disclosures of such amounts.

GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. GREC School - Georgia Association of REALTORS. GREC School Number 271.
