We will explore the different types of communities typically seen in Georgia and how and what property rights are purchased and sold in each type of community. Students will have an opportunity to draft special stipulations that address common requests for community association legal and financial documents. Finally, we will examine specific provisions of the Georgia Association of REALTOR® forms that address community association fees paid at closing by buyers or sellers and disclosures of such amounts.
