This course is designed to familiarize the students with the responsibilities and rights conferred upon all licensees by Georgia Real Estate License Law and Rules and Regulations. This course is tailored to provide licensees detailed guidance regarding License Law compliance and the ramifications that may follow for any violation. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.) GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. Sharon's dedication and expertise have earned her numerous accolades, including the Instructor Rising Star Award, the Kanter Real Estate Hall of Fame, Savannah Area Realtor of the Year 2023, TAP Academy Instructor of the Year 2023. All the while, she continues to achieve being a Member of Distinguished Sales Society.
