The Divorce Specialist Certification equips agents with the expertise to navigate complex divorce-related transactions with professionalism and neutrality. This program begins with instructor-led training (ILT) covering the emotional, financial, and legal dynamics of divorce sales, ensuring agents can manage sensitive situations effectively. After completing the ILT, participants advance to a self-paced eLearning course, diving deeper into family law basics, contentious scenarios, and proven strategies to prevent transaction failures. Through interactive role-play and real-world case studies, agents gain the skills to guide clients confidently and facilitate smooth, successful outcomes in high-stakes situations. The Divorce Specialist Certification has two parts: a 4-hour classroom course and a 4-hour e-learning course. The e-learning portion of the course will be completed after the classroom course is over. Please note that the e-learning course offers CRS credits, but not CE credits. CRS information.
