If this occurs, contact GREEA@garealtor.com for the Zoom information for this class. Requirements for participating in a virtual class: Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.) You need to set up a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/) prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.) You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in a classroom. After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both. A link to participate in the class and student materials will be sent to registered students the business day before the class. Class Description The Georgia Instructor Training (GIT) is a program designed specifically for Georgia Prelicense Instructors. The 2-day training is offered by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) to comply with Rule 520-3-.04(1). Prelicense Instructors are required to attend the GIT prior to being approved by GREC as a prelicense instructor. The GIT is approved for 12 real estate CE credit & 7 appraisal CE credit. This presentation will be developed during the course and should not be prepared in advance. Tuition includes all texts, materials and lunch. Serena Henry Serena Henry has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is the managing broker for Atlanta Communities–InTown. Before that, she was an Associate Broker, who continuously produced top results.Beyond the closing table, Ms. Henry was, and continues to be, deeply immersed in the legislative aspect of real estate. She is an active of member of the Atlanta REALTORS Association (ARA), Women’s Council of REALTORS (WCR) and Georgia REALTORS (GAR). The ARA presented her with the Five Star Circle of Excellence Award in 2010 and the Captain of Industry Award in 2015. Ms. Henry became President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS-Atlanta in 2011. Students will only be eligible for one free transfer. The ability to transfer has a one-year expiration date.
