Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.) 2. You need to set up a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/) prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.) 3. You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in a classroom. 4. After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both. A link to participate in the class and student materials will be sent to registered students the business day before the class. Class Description Agents who take this class learn about the entire process of the VA Home Loan Guaranty process so they can provide good service to clients who are veterans. Map & Directions Tammy Tapman Tamara Tapman is Vice President and VA/Military Liaison for SWBC Mortgage. As a former Branch Manager and Mortgage Lender Liaison for the Texas Veterans Land Board, for more than two decades, Tamara has been a devoted military advocate, helping veterans take advantage of their benefits and obtain low interest loans. She is a certified Texas Real Estate Commission Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) instructor. Before her employment with the Texas Veterans Land Board, Tamara was Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer and Compliance Officer for two financial institutions. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and a graduate degree in banking from the University of Wisconsin. Tamara serves on the board of the Brooks Development Authority at Brooks City-Base. She is a member of the Association of the U.S. Army, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, San Antonio Board of REALTORS® and the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals.
