If this occurs, contact the Class Sponsor for the Zoom information for this class. Requirements for participating in a virtual class: Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.) You need to set up a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/) prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.) You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in a classroom. After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both. A link to participate in the class and student materials will be sent to registered students the business day before the class.Upon completion of the course students will be able to identify changes to current GAR Forms for the coming year. Course will explain and introduce student to newly added forms and special stipulation. Students will be able to interpret the importance of proper use of forms based upon GAR’s Licensing requirement. Map & Directions Sharon D. Miller Sharon Miller is from Gainesville, Florida (Home of the Gators) and she’s a graduate of St. Leo University. She has been a REALTOR® since 1998. Sharon was a full-time soldier in the US Army retiring as an E-7 Sergeant First Class, where she was a logistician/supply SGT while on active duty. Sharon was past Chairman of Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, By Laws, Rules and Regulations Committee, Education Committee, Global Alliance, C/E Training, and the Savannah Board of REALTORS® Institute.
