Fair Housing Law establishes equal treatment for everyone as the standard. Social stigmas, personal biases, and stereotypes can affect the way we do business subconsciously. The perception of biased treatment will lead to trouble, while sensitivity to diverse cultures leads to inclusion which increase the quality of LIFE FOR ALL in the community! In 1998, Sharon earned her real estate license and her passion for the field led her to become a real estate educator in 2007. She now teaches a variety of courses, including Pre-license, Post-license, Continuing Education, Broker's Responsibilities and four certification classes. Sharon's dedication and expertise have earned her numerous accolades, including the Instructor Rising Star Award, the Kanter Real Estate Hall of Fame, Savannah Area Realtor of the Year 2023, TAP Academy Instructor of the Year 2023. All the while, she continues to achieve being a Member of Distinguished Sales Society. Her most recent achievement is being named the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association Educator of the Year 2024.
