This course provides 3 hours Georgia Real Estate Continuing Education Credit and Georgia Instructor Credit. Understanding the Code of Ethics and its requirements makes us better REALTORS. This course will walk REALTORS through the articles of the Code with emphasis on the most misunderstood and/or are most violated. You will walk away from this class with a better understanding of how you can put the Code of Ethics to work in your day-to-day business to help your community understand the value of a professional REALTOR and how you are different than your competitors. You will receive tools to use in your listing presentation and the strength to go forward in your community providing a different level of real estate service.
