If this occurs, contact the Class Sponsor for the Zoom information for this class. Requirements for participating in a virtual class: Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.) You need to set up a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/) prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.) You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in a classroom. After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both. A link to participate in the class and student materials will be sent to registered students the business day before the class. Class Description This course meets the NAR code of ethics renewal requirement. After completion of this course, you will have a better understanding of due process and code enforcement. You will also understand how to handle complaints. This course includes several case studies in ethics. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.) GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. Map & Directions Judge D. Parker Judge Parker earned his Georgia Real Estate license in 1998 Broker license in 2001 and Instructors License in 2010. While actively selling real estate, Judge achieved annual sales high enough to place him in the Multi-Million Dollar Club. Judge has handled real estate transactions in numerous areas, including first-time buyers, investment properties, foreclosures, residential resale, luxury homes, commercial resale and commercial property management. He is an approved Georgia Association of REALTORS Partners in Education Instructor and has served as President of Metro South Association of REALTORS and severed as 2017 GAR Forms Committee Chairmen. He was recently awarded a grant from the Research and Recovery Fund through the Georgia Real Estate Commission to teach the Broker Responsibilities and Managing a Georgia Real Estate Trust Account.
