In representing owners, agents assist in the process by giving advice on how to make the home more appealing to buyers or tenants. In representing buyers or tenants, agents work diligently to locate suitable properties for purchase or lease. These processes can be rather routine with a few tweaks. However, when faced with a client who is differently abled, most agents are not prepared to assist that person. Or worse, agents solely rely on the most basic knowledge concerning accessibility. This course will provide information and guidance for agents to be able to assist "everyone" reach their real estate goals. The more inclusive an agent's service is, the better for all.
