(You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.) You need to set up a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/) prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.) You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in a classroom. After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both. A link to participate in the class and student materials will be sent to registered students the business day before the class. Class Description The 2-day SRS Designation Course provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today's marketplace. You will learn to: - Increase listings and grow your business - Demonstrate and communicate your value package to seller clients - Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice - Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers - Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need.
