Do not create a new record. If you do, that record will not "recognize" you as a GAR member and will, therefore, charge you the non-member fee.
As a member, a record was set up for you automatically.
-- Username is your NRDS (membership) ID number.
-- Password is your last name, case-sensitive with initial letter capitalized (unless you have changed it in the past).
