In addition to teaching martial arts and owning a studio, Carmen began providing Early Intervention services to children age birth to 3 years old with developmental delays. Carmen obtained her Real Estate Salesperson's License in December 2014, Associate Broker's License in April 2018, and a Prelicense Instructor License in August 2020. Carmen is experienced in all realms of the Real Estate Business and has assisted client's in purchasing and selling vacant land, lakefront, residential, commercial, investment properties, as well as Property Management for Commercial and Residential Investment properties. Carmen developed a customized tutoring programming to assist students in better understanding Real Estate topics in preparation for their State License Examination, as well as managing her full-time Real Estate business. Carmen also holds the Military Relocation Professional Certification from the National Association of REALTORS. Note: GAR reserves the right to cancel/change any course at any time.
