(You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.) You need to set up a free Zoom account (https://zoom.us/) prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.) You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during breaks) just as if you were sitting in a classroom. After the class, you will be emailed electronic affidavit and class evaluation links. To receive CE credit, you must complete both. Class Description Upon completion of this course students will be able to identify key requirement that are needed in Brokerage Policy Procedures Manual. Participant will also be able determine effective ways of presenting Multiple Offers according Georgia Rules and Regulations. Student will also be able to identify GAR Forms that may be necessary for completing transaction. Lastly, Student will also be able to identify effective ways of presenting Backup Offers and how to analyze transactions to avoid closing pitfalls.
