COURSE DESCRIPTION: This class covers the advertising rules of the GREC 520-1-.09; everything agents need to consider before spending advertising dollars and what brokers need to know when supervising advertising. Agents and brokers will learn what the rumors are and what the rules are in advertising, from business cards to social media, in accordance with the GREC.

Sharon D. Miller
Sharon Miller is from Gainesville, Florida (Home of the Gators) and she’s a graduate of St. Leo University. She has been a REALTOR® since 1998. Sharon was a full-time soldier in the US Army retiring as an E-7 Sergeant First Class, where she was a logistician/supply SGT while on active duty. Sharon was past Chairman of Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee, By Laws, Rules and Regulations Committee, Education Committee, Global Alliance, C/E Training, and the Savannah Board of REALTORS® Institute. Sharon was also the 2009 President of the Savannah Multi-List Corporation. Sharon is currently an agent with ERA Southeast Coastal Real Estate. Sharon instructs a Pre-License Course, Brokers Pre-License, 25-hour Post-License and Continuing Education courses. Sharon received the “Rising Star” Award from the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association in 2007. She is a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society and has two children. In addition, Sharon’s designations and certifications include ABR, RLI, and At Home with Diversity. Sharon wants you to be educated in your business because no real estate commission is worth losing your license or going to jail for.  

Cancellations: Cancellations by the Early Bird Price deadline will receive a refund less 25% of the registration fee paid. Cancellations after the Early Bird Price deadline will receive a refund less 50% of the registration fee paid. Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to pie@garealtor.com no later than the start date of the course; otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Note: GAR reserves the right to cancel/change any course at any time. If a course is canceled, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will receive either a full refund or, if rescheduled, you may transfer to the new date.
