This course meets the NAR code of ethics renewal requirement. This course is designed to help REALTORS® interpret the NAR Code of Ethics with a deeper understanding and relate concepts to daily business. This course will help REALTORS® see the Code of Ethics in a more relational manner and be able to apply the Code of Ethics to routine practices. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)

GREC Policy: If you have taken this course in the last 366 days, you will not receive CE credit. GREC School - Georgia Association of REALTORS. GREC School Number 271.

School Policy: You must be on time and present for the entire session to receive credit.

Kim Yarrington
Kim Presley Yarrington has been a Gainesville resident since 1974 after her family relocated from Dallas, Texas to be closer to family. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master’s in Education, both from the University of North Georgia. After a 12-year career in education, Kim followed in her mother’s footsteps and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2005. She earned her GRI, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, designation in 2013 and earned her Broker’s license in 2015. Kim and her mother, Judy, have a mother-daughter real estate team, “The Presley Team.” Kim is active in her local board of REALTORS® and has served the Hall County Board of REALTORS® since 2008 as local and state director, secretary, vice-president, president-elect, and as president. Kim most recently served with her mother as co-chair of the RPAC committee (REALTOR® Political Action Committee). Kim was also named REALTOR® of the Year for the Hall County Board of REALTORS® in 2014 and received the Hall County Board of REALTORS® Education Achievement Award for real estate instruction in 2018. Kim has been actively teaching real estate classes for over 10 years. She teaches pre-license, post-license, continuing education and non-continuing education courses. Some of the topics include working with buyers and sellers, negotiation, agent etiquette, company systems, lead generation, marketing, goal setting, and hands on workshops on buyer and listing presentations. Kim is a Georgia Real Estate Commission-licensed Real Estate Instructor and teaches Georgia pre-license courses in preparation for the Georgia state licensing exam. Kim and her husband, Neil, live in Flowery Branch with their daughter, Charlotte, one dog and a cat. Kim is an avid boater and loves spending time on Lake Lanier with her family. Kim and her family also enjoy traveling.
