This course will ensure REALTORS use their forms correctly, understand the legal responsibilities when representing buyers and sellers, RESPA, best practices when negotiating, valuation of properties, branding, marketing, handling objections and an overall knowledge of the Code of Ethics. All the tools they need to be the best REALTOR they can be. REALTORS will have a broader view of the importance of the spirit of cooperation when working with other REALTORS and licensees. She has been a prelicense, postlicense and continuing education instructor for over 35 years. Kristy co-owned Century 21 Across Atlanta, a multi-office company in north Atlanta, for more than 30 years. In 2009, her company merged with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, a 25-office company covering Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Kristy is on the Metro Brokers’ corporate staff and serves as the VP of Career Development. She is active in the Cobb Association of REALTORS®, served as its President for two consecutive terms and was the recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award. The Georgia Real Estate Educators Association honored Kristy as their 2012 “Instructor of the Year.” Kristy graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Banking and Finance.
