The goal of Military Relocation Professional Certification Core Course is to educate real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit needs, as sellers or buyers, and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Students will learn how to provide the real estate services at any stage in the service member's military career, that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals. In addition to teaching martial arts and owning a studio, Carmen began providing Early Intervention services to children age birth to 3 years old with developmental delays. Carmen obtained her Real Estate Salesperson's License in December 2014, Associate Broker's License in April 2018, and a Prelicense Instructor License in August 2020. Carmen is experienced in all realms of the Real Estate Business and has assisted client's in purchasing and selling vacant land, lakefront, residential, commercial, investment properties, as well as Property Management for Commercial and Residential Investment properties. Carmen developed a customized tutoring programming to assist students in better understanding Real Estate topics in preparation for their State License Examination, as well as managing her full-time Real Estate business.
